Tea tags

Tea packaging includes:

• Tea label, which allows you to remove tea bag from the cup after brewing.
• Sauchet, individual paper bag for packing tea bag and the filter label.
• Separating tape, cardboard strip with or without printing, to separate ranks of tea filter packets in a tea box.
• Liner, the inner bag of tea, for packing into cardboard boxes, made of different kinds of films, or flow-pack packaging.

For ease of use tea bags comes with a tea tags that will remove the bag from the cup after brewing. Tea bags, or Sauchets, like many other simple and ingenious things, were invented by accident. The owner of the New York firm selling tea and coffee, has decided to send buyers test samples of his products. Single servings of tea he packed into small silk bags. Most buyers simply did not manage to open the packaging, they just poured tea into teapot and brew it traditional way, and immersed the entire bag into boiling water. Tea taste did not differ from usual, but the brewing process has become much easier.

Tea tag is an essential attribute of tea brewing bag. Vesna Packaging Printing Plant is the only enterprise in Ukraine that has mastered tea tags production.

To produce tea tags we installed a Mark Andy flexographic roll printing machine with special equipment. Printing of "surface" and "back" as well as the cutting is performed in a single run of the paper through the machine. Production capabilities allow us to print cardboard tea tags and paper tags, as well as sachets, individual paper bags for tea packing. Outwardly simple, in practice this production requires well-developed printing technology. The result of our collective work is that today Vesna Packaging Printing Plant is the undisputed leader of Ukrainian market of paper and cardboard tea tags.
