Environmentally-friendly and convenient material, cardboard is ideal for food packaging production.
Several types of cardboard are used for manufacturing of food packaging: cellulose cardboard, kraft cellulose cardboard, recycled cardboard.
Vesna Packaging Plant has focused on the production of food cardboard packaging for different types of products:
• tea packaging, tea tags;
• packaging for confectionery: candies, cakes, biscuits;
• food packaging (cardboard boxes) for various semi-finished products;
• food packaging for frozen foods;
• cardboard boxes for packing bulk products;
• food packaging for frozen confectionery products, etc.
• packaging for premium quality alcoholic beverages: cognac, vodka and other things.
The manufactured packaging meets all requirements specified in the documentation for automatic packing lines: fiber direction, product stiffness through scoring line and other parameters. Otherwise, you may have problems associated with a decrease in performance; packaging could "stuck". To avoid these difficulties, the quality control department monitors the all necessary quality parameters of printing, not only for tested lot, but also selectively, during the manufacturing process. |

| Packaging for household chemistry |

Recycled cardboards are usually used for packaging of household chemicals. However, some products, such as dry wallpaper paste or detergents, needed packaging that can protect them from humidity. In this case, we recommend using laminated cardboard, the advantage of that is not only protective function, but also aesthetic impression of quality packaging. |

| Cardboard boxes for cosmetics |
|
Packaging for perfumes and cosmetics requires particular aesthetic, "selling" appearance, advertising unique properties of the goods. To make the package attractive various methods are used: hybrid printing technology, including metalized cardboard, UV- varnish, use of transparent windows, relief stamping, and various types of foil embossing, lamination.
Recently, metalized cardboard is especially popular in perfume and cosmetics industry, as this type of packaging can provide "expensive" visual effect. |

| Cardboard packaging for medical and pharmaceutical industry |

Cardboard boxes in medical industry are used for packaging medicines, vitamins, nutritional supplements, medicinal herbs, injection vials, medical devices, thermometers, medical ointments, etc.
Basically, cardboard packaging for the most of pharmaceuticals is made of recycled cardboard printed in two or three colors with application of water-dispersion varnish.
This is quite reasonable, since for many drugs lower cost is desirable. Placement of several types of design on a single sheet can significantly reduce the circulation cost.
For packaging of vitamins, biologically active additives and drugs of higher price segment more expensive cellulosic cardboard and finishing technologies are used.
Hybrid printing, including metalized cardboard, embossing, foil stamping, spot varnishing are applied for decoration.
Protection against counterfeiting is one of pivotal factors for selecting drugs by consumers. Our printing plant has all the necessary technologies for protecting the authenticity of a brand. |

| Covers for notebooks |

To increase the attractiveness of notebooks, our printing plant offers high-quality printing of notebook covers on cardboard and plastic. Modern printing technology underlines stylish cover design.
Bright and colorful covers are printed UV-inks, using all existing types of post-printing process: spot coating of individual parts, sequins, embossing with gold and silver, and others.
• Hybrid printing technology: a new possibility of creating a practical and expensive cover. Only this technology can create a relief texture of the cover, simulating plastics. But what is most interesting is that this cover does not hold fingerprints;
• Printing technology for metalized cardboard: it is used to create a trendy, elegant cover with a high gloss, as well as three-dimensional image effect. |

| Tea label |
|
Tea tags is an essential attribute of tea brewing bag. IMEX Printing House Publishing LLC is the only in Ukraine established tea label production.
Especially for tea label we installed flexographic roll printing machine ‘Mark Andy’ with special equipment.
Printing of "surface" and "back" as well as the cutting is performed in a single run of the paper through the machine. Production capabilities allow you to print a cardboard tea label and a paper label, as well as sachets, individual paper bags for tea packing.
