Food PackagingÑardboard box for food packaging is made mostly from so-called "thin" cardboard of from 141 to 400 g/m density. Environmentally-friendly and convenient material, cardboard is ideal for food packaging production. Several types of cardboard are used for food packaging manufacture, such as: pulp cardboard, kraft pulp cardboard, junk cardboard. Sometimes cardboard is divided into groups: o Chromium cardboard: of bleached pulp, coated or uncoated; o Cardboard chrome-ersatz: of bleached or unbleached pulp, wood pulp and waste paper, coated with coating; boxboard: from unbleached pulp, wood pulp and waste paper.

Automatic packing lines met all the requirements specified in the documentation: fiber direction, product stiffness through scoring line and other parameters. Otherwise, you may have problems associated with a decrease in performance; packaging could "stuck". To avoid these difficulties, the quality control department measures the all necessary quality parameters of printing, not only for tested lot, but also selectively, in the circulation manufacturing process.
